Dreammaker Cottage is a 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath Soundside home located in the lovely subdivision of Cottages at Bay Ridge, which offers use of a Community Swimming Pool and Clubhouse. If you get tired of walking to the beach Cottages at Bay Ridge offers an Open Air Antique Trolley Service with at least two daily round trips to the beach. Cottages at Bay Ridge also has a private island with a covered Pavillion for informal entertaining. A private walkway puts you just minutes from Atlantic Station which offers shopping, restaurants, sporting goods, and a movie theater. Crabbing and fishing is possible at Dreammaker Cottage-great fun for the kids! Bedding: 2 Queen beds, 3 Double beds and 2 Twin beds & 2 Double Twin Bunk Sets. Handicapped Friendly with added handicapped bars in two bathrooms and all doors meet requirements for wheelchairs. In addition showers now have low lips (not wheelchair accessible) and can accommodate individuals who cannot use tubs. Additional Amenities Include: 5 Cable Color TVs, 2 DVD Players, an Elevator, High-Speed Internet access, a Refrigerator, an Ice Maker, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, a Washer/Dryer, a Fireplace (for Home Owner use-only,) Central Air/Heat, Open & Covered Decks with Furniture, a Screened Porch with Furniture, and an Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower.
