Beach Blessings is one of our exclusive Blue Pearl Homes. Exquisitely-furnished and exceptionally-appointed, these luxurious beach vacation rentals are draped like pearls all along our Crystal Coast. Blue Pearl Homes are top-of-the-line vacation homes. Each property has been carefully selected and singled out for its unique qualities. As such, Beach Blessings boasts an upgraded linen package, with your beds made-up for you, and comes with a heated pool, a hot tub, and an elevator. Our Bluewater housekeeping and maintenance staff members maintain these luxury beach vacation rental homes and keep them in pristine condition ensuring your perfect vacation. Beach Blessings is an Almost Oceanfront, 7-bedroom, 6-full, and 2-half bath home located directly across from the beach access. Watch the ocean waves from one of the balconies or take a stroll on the beach without paying the price for oceanfront. The house's spacious and flowing floor plan gives you the room you are looking for and the privacy you want, without closing you in. Beach Blessings is located near the heart of Emerald Isle. Vacationers can bike or walk to miniature golf, go karts, gift shops, and the movie theater at Emerald Plantation. There are countless restaurants and bars located within a 15 minute walk or a five minute car ride. The Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier is within a 1/4 mile walk on the beach. Folks who like to exercise can access the miles of paved paths for running, biking, or rollerblading just a few blocks from the house. Beach Blessings is located on a neighborhood loop road which has extremely light traffic. The large dining area can easily accommodate sixteen people at the two large tables so your group can gather together for family-style meals. Five of the seven bedrooms have private baths. On the ground floor, the bunk room and queen bedroom with bunk share a full bath with tub. Two half baths are conveniently located just off the main living areas on the ground and top floors. Wireless Internet is throughout the house. Outside is an oceanside pool (may be heated for $550/week) and hot tub with a large deck and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing or partying to music sent to the outdoor speakers from the entertainment center inside. A gas grill is poolside. The other side of the house sports a grass volleyball court and putting green. Ample parking provides guests with easy access in and out of the property. POOL &/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian's responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges. HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time. It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool &/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool &/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool &/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323. Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool &/or Hot Tub. |
