You can see the ocean from all levels, as well as from the Pool Deck! The beach access is located right across the street, which makes visiting the ocean easy. There is additional parking so your entire vacationing family will have plenty of room for their vehicles. In addition to the TV/DVD Player in each bedroom, both the Game Room and the Second Floor Living Area have a 36" TV. The Media Room on the Second Floor also includes a Bose Surround Sound Stereo and DVD Player! The private 10'X25' Pool can be heated for an additional $550, will only heat mid April thru mid October. There is a poolside bathroom and poolside furniture. In addition to the Pool, this house offers its guests use of the private Hot Tub, Elevator (from Ground to Top Level,) High-Speed Wireless Internet access and the Game Room with a Pool Table! When you check-in at Bella Vista, you will never want to leave! Outside: Private Pool and Hot Tub. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower with Dressing Area. Grass yard for play board. Bedroom #5 has a King bed, access to the covered Oceanfront Deck, and a private bath with Jacuzzi Tub. There is an additional full-bath in the hallway. Level Two: Study with High-Speed Wireless Internet and access to a covered Oceanfront Deck. Living Area with a Color Cable TV, a DVD Player, Gas Log Fireplace and access to a Covered Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area contains a table that seats 8. The Kitchen is fully-equipped and includes both a Microwave and a Dishwasher. The Breakfast Bar has additional seating for 4. There is a full-bath in the hallway.
