Isle Seat 6-bedroom, 5-bath, Almost Oceanfront home, located in Emerald Isle, on the Southern Outer Banks. From it's high perch on the Island, you'll enjoy the incredible Ocean views at Isle Seat. From the Ground Level, the spacious Deck overlooks the crystalline Pool and the Ocean just beyond it. Enter the house at this level and walk into the bright and colorful Gameroom, with modern floor coverings and an eclectic assortment of paintings, and refined decorations in dark, rich woods. Situated next to the fully-functional Kitchenette (see photos) is the Pool Table and when you don't feel like playing Pool you can always spend some time in the Theater Room. This Room is just as lively and has plenty of room for a large group of friends and family. Also, on this Level is a beach-themed bedroom with 3 Twin Beds, eye-catchingly covered with bold stripes and the adjacent half-bath is full of fun, decorated in tangerine and white. Take the Elevator or traditional staircase to Level One and step into the quiet and serene King bedroom. Light and airy, this Oceanview room is designed and decorated to permeate tranquility, with it's Coco and Eggshell, Orchid patterned cloth head and foot boards, soft Blue walls, white-wash furnishings and zen-inspired treatments. The accompanying bath also promotes these feelings with delicate treatments and a relaxing Jaccuzi bathtub. The next Oceanview bedroom is warm and inviting, with a Queen bed and Mocha walls, with White trim and dark woods mixed with blues, khakis and whites. The Oceanview bedroom next door is simple and relaxed and is furnished with a Queen Canopy, perfectly covered in "beachy" blue and white stripes. The walls are Powder Blue and are decorated with eclectic artwork. There is also a half-bath decorated with simple, elegant fixtures. The next King bedroom is decorated with Asian-inspired treatments; intricate wood workings throughout, a Cherry Blossom flower arrangement, eclectic artwork, and a splendid Black and Eggshell bedcovering tangled with vines. On Level Two, also reached via Elevator or staircase, there is one bedroom which is the Master. This room is colorful and warm, brightly colored bedcovering on the King bed, mixed with cherry wood furnishings, and modern touches throughout. The Master bath is polished with a Jacuzzi bath, dual lavatories, and Taupe walls with creme and white accents. Also on Level Two you enter into the finely designed and decorated Great Room, with several sitting areas in the Living Area, perfect for either intimate chats or a large around the Fireplace.
