Pelican View is a wonderful cottage that has the Sound located in it's backyard! Enjoy the Sound's sandy beach and sandy bottom - great for swimming, shallow water boating, kayaking, and sailing. Private Soundfront Pier, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub! The bedrooms have been re-decorated in 08' to give this home a fresh, new feeling. You can enjoy the magnificent ocean and sound views from the Living Area! Since Pelican View is located in a narrow part of the island, you are within walking distance to the ocean. Pelican View is also right across the street from the Emerald Isle Public Beach access, which makes visiting the beach even easier since you can park right at the access and use the public showers!

Ground Level: TV Room with High-Speed Wireless Internet access and access to the Elevator. There is also a half-bath on this level. On this level there is also an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outside Shower and Gas Grill.

Level One: Master Bedroom Suite #1 has a King bed and a full-bath with a Whirlpool Tub. Bedroom #2 has a King bed. Bedroom #3 has two Twin beds (bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bath.) All bedrooms on this level have Covered Decks and face the Sound. An Elevator Foyer is on this level.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 has a King bed. A full-bath connects bedroom #4 and the hall.
The large, open Living Area has wonderful views of the ocean and sound. It also features a Gas Log Fireplace. The Dining Area has seating for eight. The Kitchen/Bar Area has Jennair appliances, ample cooking utensils, a Microwave, an Ice Maker, a Dishwasher, and new pantry 08'. Two large, well furnished, Covered Decks stretch the length of the entire back of the home. There are permanent baby gates at the top of the stairs on the Level Two Deck and the inside Level Two staircase.
